■The Linton district, located on the southern shore of Lake Toba in northern Sumatra, Indonesia, is famous as a region that produces high-quality Mandheling coffee; among these areas, the Linton Nifta district is particularly renowned for its exceptional quality.
On the other hand, this region—home to the Batak people—has unique customs, making it difficult to source coffee through standard trade channels; transactions are only possible if a relationship of trust has been established with local suppliers.
■The Sumatran processing method gives this coffee its distinctive deep bluish appearance and the characteristic “dried straw” flavor profile for Linton coffee.
To enhance quality, meticulous hand-picking is performed on-site, resulting in a “Super Grade” that surpasses the standard Grade 1.
■This product, Linton True Blue, is a rare specialty coffee sourced from a leading local buyer. It is characterized by herbaceous acidity, a mild body, and a clean aftertaste, making it a top-quality Mandheling.
